Lower Back

Lower back pain is one of the most common injuries we treat. An episode of back pain can interfere with your normal daily functioning and over time without intervention it can become chronic, affecting you both physically and emotionally. It can result from poor posture, trauma or repetitive movement over a long period. Lower back pain can also lead to problems with lower limb pain.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a one size fits all magical exercise, but the Action Physiotherapy team is here to assist you with your recovery; diagnosing and treating the source of your pain, as well as providing you with self-management programs and protocols.
