What does that even mean?

For NIB - We are part of the First Choice Network, which is a community of trusted health professionals designed to give you peace of mind and help keep your out of pocket expenses low. This includes Suncorp, Apia, AAMI and TAL health insurance customers.

For Bupa - We are part of the Members First Physiotherapy Network. Designed to give Bupa patients peace of mind by providing:

• Certainty of known out-of-pocket expenses for the specified physiotherapy service.
• Increased benefits for specified physiotherapy service and your extras covers

We have on the spot claiming facilities, submitting claims electronically through our HICAPS machine.
So remember to bring your health Insurance card when coming to an appointment.

If you have any questions about YOUR level of health care, we recommend speaking to your Health Fund directly.
Even though we are a preferred provider for these two Health Insurance funds, we still ACCEPT all other funds :)
